The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NourResume and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks, trade names, logos, and brand elements may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Resume templates, AI-generated text suggestions, and other creative assets provided by the Service are licensed for your personal use only and may not be redistributed, sold, or sublicensed.
The Service may include AI-powered features that generate text suggestions, content recommendations, or automated analysis. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful suggestions, AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in your resume, cover letter, or any other professional document.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
NourResume does not warrant that: (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, securely, or error-free; (b) the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable; (c) any errors in the Service will be corrected; or (d) use of the Service will result in any particular employment outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NourResume, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NourResume and its licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any User Content you create using the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
